Construction of three-bedroom apartments in both cities slowed during 2024. The study also found Las Vegas Valley renters generally stay in apartments for slightly more than two years. The City of Las Vegas also has the highest competition per unit out of any metropolitan area in the Southwest. Lease renewal rates in Sin City continued to increase.
