Sales Transactions
1. HS Property NV LLC purchased an industrial building at 3670 W. Oquendo Road in Las Vegas for $7.9M. NOR Oquendo Road LLC, represented by CBRE’s Tyler Ecklund, sold the 28.4KSF building.
2. Sunrise Industrial Park One and Two at 4601 E. Cheyenne and 3101 Marion Dr. in Las Vegas were recently sold to MDH Partners for an undisclosed amount. This is the company’s first property in Nevada. The two buildings total 509.2KSF.
Lease Transactions
3. Burlington Coat Factory (Burlington Stores) has a pending lease for the former Bed Bath and Beyond in Carson Valley Plaza after closing its Carson City location in April 2024. Permits have already been issued for a $1.1M renovation of the suite. Once the lease for this and one other tenant are finalized, the plaza will exceed 90% occupancy.
4. The accounting company PwC, which has been at the Hughes Center office park for 30 years, will move to One Summerlin in mid-2025. It leased 8KSF in the nine-story office building located at 1980 Festival Plaza Dr., which lies in the middle of downtown Summerlin.
