Apex Industrial Park

Sales Transactions

1. Novva Data Centers purchased a 205-acre land package in Apex Industrial Park from VanTrust Real Estate for nearly $181M. The land is located near Interstate 15, roughly 20 miles northeast of the Strip.

2. Integra CRE sold the C-A-L Ranch portfolio consisting of 10 properties in Idaho, Utah, Arizona and Nevada. The retail locations collectively total more than 637KSF of space throughout rural and suburban communities. Newmark Mountain West’s Chad Moore, Drew Helm and Brendan Lee represented the seller. The buyer and transaction details were undisclosed.

Lease Transactions

3. EōS Fitness signed a lease for its planned 42.6KSF gym at 2711 N. Green Valley Pkwy. in Henderson. The 24-hour gym is expected to open in 2027.
