1. Ormat Technologies purchased its new global headquarters at 6884 Sierra Center Pkwy. in Reno. Ormat’s previous building was 27.6KSF, which resulted in the company leasing an additional 9KSF to hold its workforce. The new facility will be large enough to accommodate the company’s entire workforce.

2. LOGIC Commercial Real Estate announced it is relocating its Reno office to 241 Ridge St., Suite 100. LOGIC’s partners Ian Cochran and Michael Keating led the relocation efforts. The modern space will help the company continue to find innovative real estate solutions for its clients.

Promotions

3. OCMI, Inc. announced the promotion of Marielle Lugay to Regional Cost Manager. Lugay joined OCMI in 2017 as an entry-level cost estimator. She moved through the ranks to her current position while establishing a reputation among clients for successfully managing projects that involve complex phasing and challenges. She also supports OCMI’s construction management and construction scheduling service lines with preconstruction support, changing orders and claims review. Other Las Vegas-based team members who received promotions include Jelani Dickerson to Project Manager, Lerika Talusan and Kyle De Castro to Cost Estimator II.
