1. CBRE arranged the $8M sale of a 6.89-acre parcel located at 4701 W. Sahara Ave. in Las Vegas. CBRE’s Michael K. Hsu represented the undisclosed seller. A local owner-user acquired the property.
2. The 52-unit Westland Orland Apartmentsat 109 Orland St. in Las Vegas recently sold for $5.4M. Northcap Commercial’s Devin Lee, Robin Willett and Jerad Roberts represented the undisclosed seller and procured the undisclosed buyer.
Lease Transactions
3. Savers Value Village is leasing three new store locations in the Las Vegas Valley, totaling approximately 80KSF. This consists of a 32.2KSF space at Horizon Point in Henderson, the former 24.1KSF 99 Cents Only Store at 7239 Spring Mountain Road and the former 19.9KSF Big Lots along Blue Diamond Road. Terry Bortnick and Lea Clay Park of Axiom Retail Advisors represented the tenant, while Colliers’ David Grant represented the landlords. Villa Paloma LLC owns the Horizon Point location, and Lakeshore Enterprises owns the Spring Mountain Road location.
