1. Blue Heron recently purchased approximately 26.6 acres of land near Lake Las Vegas for $33.3M. The developer plans to build 60 single-family homes ranging from 3.9KSF to more than 6.7KSF.
2. An undisclosed buyer purchased the 404-unit Village at Iron Blossom apartment complex at 690 E. Patriot Blvd. in Reno. Newmark’s Jonathan Merhaut represented the undisclosed seller. The sale price was not announced.
