Brian Motes is the Construction and Professional Services Contract Manager at the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has an MBA from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science with a double major in chemistry and communication from Weber State University. He has earned the NIGP-CPP certification. He loves to golf with his family and play several other sports including softball and pickleball. He grew up in Utah and moved to Las Vegas in 2023.
Bobby Mayes has dedicated more than 20 years to the City of North Las Vegas, building a career focused on public service, operations, and infrastructure. He began his career in Building Maintenance Operations before advancing to Manager of Infrastructure, overseeing Building Maintenance and Roadway Operations. For the past two years, Bobby has served as Deputy Director of Public Works, where he continues to support the department’s operations, projects, and commitment to serving the community.
