A 410.8KSF Class A industrial facility at 1600 Peru Dr. in McCarran was sold for $60.9M. The property was completed in 2024 and is fully leased to Tesla. Dickson Commercial Group’s Tom Fennell, Joel Fountain, Nick Knecht and Baker Krukow represented the buyer. The buyer and seller were not disclosed.
