Sunbelt Development & Realty Partners announced the sale of Monument Hills, a 940-acre site in Las Vegas, for $94M. Olympia Companies and Bruin Capital Partners were the buyers. Plans for the site include single- and multifamily residential, schools, community space, and parks and trails.

Confluent Development and Ovation Group sold MorningStar at The Canyons at 490 S. Hualapai Way in Summerlin. The 168-unit senior living community was purchased by Stonepeak Partners for $83.1M. JLL Capital Markets represented the sellers.

NAI Alliance announced the leasing of 120 Greg St., Ste. 101, a 23.6KSF office space in Sparks. Brian Armon, Anthony Machabee, Derek Carroll and Mason La Fond of NAI Alliance facilitated the deal. CapRock Partners is the landlord. Future Form Manufacturing is the tenant.
