1. AEW Capital Management purchased IDV Speedwayat 5150 N. Sloan Lane near Las Vegas Motor Speedway for $54.3M. JLL Capital Markets’ Mark Detmer, Rob Lujan and Jason Simonrepresented the seller, Investment & Development Ventures. The facility was vacant at the time of sale.
2.Visionary III and Matterhorn Venture Partners purchased a 6.5-acre site at the SWC of N. Nellis and N. Las Vegas blvds. The companies plan to develop a business park called North & North Business Park. Construction is expected to start this summer.
