Sales Transactions
1. Cannae Holdings sold its former headquarters at 1701 Village Center Circle for $12.2M. Fidelity National Financial, Cannae’s former parent company, purchased the site. Cannae is leasing a portion of the building for approximately $10K/month.
2. SAC 2 LLC purchased two 18-hole golf courses in western Carson Valley for $6M. Listed in October 2024 for $8.5M by Genoa Golf Group IV, the properties total 565 acres combined. The sale included restaurants, banquet facilities, wedding venues and other amenities.
Lease Transactions
3. Blue Sky Trust began leasing space at 50 W. Liberty St. in Reno. Colliers’ Melissa Molyneaux represented the tenant. The landlord, Basin Street Properties, was represented by DCG’s Patrick Riggs and Dominic Brunetti. No square footage was provided.
