1. Panattoni Development Co., announced the sale of Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center in Spanish Springs. The 195KSF industrial building, located at 420 Ingenuity Ave., was developed by Panattoni in partnership with Mar-Gulf Management Inc. and MDI Capital and is owned by Ingenuity 200 Industrial LLC. Tectonics Design Group was the architect, and Alston Construction was the general contractor. The buyer was represented by NAI Alliance, and the seller by Dickson Commercial Group.
