Sales Transactions

1. Red Hawk Land Co. recently sold a nearly 21-acre, 10-parcel vacant site to Peppermill Casinos for $27.5M. The land was at one point proposed to hold the Lazy 8 hospitality project.

2. A four-building industrial portfolio in Sparks called Greg Centerwas recently purchased by an affiliate of Equus Capital Partners for an undisclosed amount. The portfolio totals 514.9KSF and features two mid-bay buildings and two shallow bay buildings. Occupancy has hovered around 95% over the last five years.

Lease Transactions

3. Mariana’s Supermarkets has leased roughly 40KSF at Mariana’s Marketplace, a retail center formerly known as Renaissance III, at 3300 E. Flamingo Road in Las Vegas. The more than 20-acre shopping center is owned by Aspen Real Estate, which acquired the property out of foreclosure in 2024 for $24.7M. Clark County issued a $2.2M permit for interior tenant improvements for the grocery store, which will occupy space previously used by Food 4 Less. The store is expected to open in the second quarter of this year.
