1. 3D Investments recently purchased a handful of properties in downtown Las Vegas from Tony Hsieh’s estate. The buildings, located on North Eighth Street between Ogden and Stewart avenues, were sold for more than $18M. The stretch contains the 315-unit complex called The 21, a vacant two-story office building, two cottage-style buildings and The Shangri-La housing complex.
