Giving Back
1. In recognition of Building Safety Month, the City of Henderson is waiving penalty fees throughout May for unpermitted residential building projects. The amnesty program allows Henderson homeowners to pull permits without penalties on residential construction that may have been performed without proper permits. Henderson homeowners will be subject to pay standard fees for permits throughout the amnesty period.
