Paul Rozario was recently appointed as Interim Executive Officer of the Nevada State Contractors Board. From 2014 to 2024, Rozario served as the Director of Investigations. He had a 27-year career with the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Mark Pham recently joined Grand Canyon Development Partners as Senior Project Manager. Pham will assist in each aspect of a project’s lifespan.
Henderson Assistant City Manager Lisa Corrado announced her imminent departure from the City. Corrado has been working with Henderson since 2006 and is leaving to pursue other professional opportunities.

His focus has always been delivering projects using CMAR or Construction Manager at Risk as he has implemented dozens of projects with his trusted approach, while always involving every stakeholder to ensure each individual receives the highest level of services expected.
