ALPLA signed a 141.5KSF industrial lease at Building A within Craig Road Logistics Center in North Las Vegas. The Class A facility is located at 4340 N. Nellis Blvd. in a former Walmart Supercenter. Rockefeller Group, the landlord, was represented by Jason Simon and Rob Lujan of JLL, while ALPLA was represented by Daniel Wilkins, Lou Hall and Donna Alderson of Cushman & Wakefield. Lee & Sakahara Architects designed the project; TWC Construction was the general contractor, and Taney Engineering was the civil engineer.
