1. NF V Reno LLC, an entity tied to Noble Investment Group, purchased the Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa, a 214-room non-gaming hotel in downtown Reno. The property sold for $37.4M. HMRN LLC, led by Fernando Leal, acquired the property in 2015 for $10.4M and reopened it as the Renaissance-branded hotel in 2017 after converting the former Siena Hotel Spa Casino into a non-gaming property.
