Sales Transactions

1. GPS LV Business Park acquired South Rainbow Business Park, a 43.9KSF office property at 5920 and 5940 S. Rainbow Blvd. in Las Vegas, from South Rainbow Park Property Co. LLC for $11.7M. The property is fully leased to a mix of professional and medical tenants. Marc Magliarditi and Miranda Jennings of CBRE represented the seller.

2. A 42KSF commercial building on 1.5 acres at 2340 Corporate Circle in Henderson sold for $11.54M. Stephanie Development, LLC was the seller. Brian Sorrentino, Angelica Clemmer and Isabella Sorrentino of ROI Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.

3. Benessere Land Holdings, LLC sold 106.8 acres of land at 6630 Homestead Road in Pahrump for $10M. Jeff Chain of Millennium Commercial Properties, LLC represented the seller.

4. XL Charter Development sold a 49KSF commercial building on 6.1 acres at 2850 Lindell Road in Las Vegas for $6.2M. Brian Sorrentino, Angelica Clemmer and Isabella Sorrentino of ROI Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.

5. Brian Sorrentino, Angelica Clemmer and Isabella Sorrentino of ROI Commercial Real Estate represented Stephanie Development, LLC in the $5.15M disposition of a 19.5KSF commercial building at 6630 Surrey St. in Las Vegas.

6. Lewel, LLC sold 12.6KSF of industrial space at 3975 S. Durango Dr. in Las Vegas for $3.79M. Jarrad Katz of MDL Group represented the seller.

7. Green Unicorns, LLC sold 8.5KSF of office space at 229 S. Las Vegas Blvd. Hayim Mizrachi and Michael Greene of MDL Group represented the seller in the $2.78M sale.

8. A 3.5KSF office property at 2385 Via Inspirada in Henderson sold for $2.16M to LADAH Law, Dina Romaya-Ladah. The buyer was represented by Ryan Martin of CBRE.

9. Nevada Bottomley Holdings 3, LLC leased 11.3KSF of medical outpatient building space at 6190 S. Fort Apache Road in Las Vegas. Stacy Shapiro of Colliers International represented the tenant.
