
Switch recently purchased a 53.6-acre plot of land on Decatur Blvd. between Serene Avenue and Silverado Ranch Blvd. for $86.2M. This follows other recent land purchases Switch has made as the data center company expands its foothold in Southern Nevada.
Huan “Jeff” Mai and Qing Zhong purchased the Macy’s Home Store at 4450 Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas’ Chinatown district for $14.7M. The store has operated at the location since 1994. Mai and Zhong also acquired an adjacent fully leased retail building for $11M from the same seller, who was not disclosed.
The estate of Tony Hsieh recently sold The Gold Spike at Las Vegas Blvd. and Ogden Avenue to Huan “Jeff” Mai and Qing Zhong for $11.38M.
MDL Group/CORFAC International recently announced the sale of a 17.7KSF office building at 7511 Eastgate Road in Henderson for $5.25M. The transaction was handled by the company’s Jarrad Katz and Galit Kimerling. The buyer and seller were not disclosed.
