The CEMEX Paiute Pit Reclamation Project in Wadsworth received the 2026 Engineering News-Record Southwest Region Best Project award in the Water/Environment category. Q&D Construction served as the contractor and designer on the project, which was completed in June.
KTGY recently won an Award of Merit for its Incanto Lago – Vento detached single-family project in Henderson. KTGY designed the project, while Toll Brothers served as the developer and homebuilder.
Montane Building Group has begun construction on Milan Industrial Building B, a 652KSF industrial facility at 855 and 875 Milan Dr. in Storey County. Developed in partnership with The Conco Companies, the project includes parking, truck courts, utility infrastructure and landscaping. Construction began in April and is expected to be completed in July 2027.
Construction on the NHBC Academic Laboratory, a $44M, 34KSF facility at 1601 Pinto Lane in Las Vegas, is ongoing. Developed by Nevada Health & Bioscience Corporation, the two-story laboratory and blood bank is expected to be completed by the end of the year, with tenants moving in during the first quarter of next year.
The Intermountain Health Badura Clinic has opened. The 90KSF, three-story medical office building in southwest Las Vegas is the healthcare system’s largest clinic in Nevada and was developed over approximately two years.
Construction has wrapped up on Hylo Park South, the first completed commercial phase of Agora Realty & Management‘s 73-acre Hylo Park redevelopment in North Las Vegas. The 90.8KSF retail center is 95% leased.
Repairs to the Hoover Dam cableway system have been completed, allowing the landmark to reopen to visitors July 31. Maintenance crews returned the cableway carriage to its home position after it moved unexpectedly earlier in the week, prompting a temporary closure.
