
Construction continues on the approximately $4B Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, which is scheduled to open in the late second half of 2027. The 42-story Guitar hotel is largely enclosed in blue-tinted glass, with exterior sheathing covering the lower portion of the tower. The hotel will include 675 rooms and suites. Window installation and interior renovation of the former Mirage tri-tower are also in progress. Once complete, the resort will feature approximately 3,600 hotel rooms, nearly 175KSF of gaming space, multiple pools, live entertainment venues and retail outlets.
Developer Kamran Foulad is nearing completion on Campus, a roughly 36.7KSF commercial redevelopment near the SEC of Las Vegas and Oakey blvds. Construction costs were estimated at more than $8M. The nearly one-acre project, previously called Brewhaus, redevelops a former tire shop site with a combination of existing and new construction, including rooftop decks.
Victory Logistics District, a 4,300-acre industrial park in Fernley, completed an approximately one-mile Union Pacific rail spur connecting the development to the national rail network. Developer Mark IV Capital entered the project’s second phase in 2025, shifting work toward critical infrastructure. The industrial park, located 40 miles east of Reno, is planned for tens of millions of square feet of industrial space once fully completed.
The NRP Group has begun leasing at Miraluna on Silverado, its first development in the Las Vegas market. The 360-unit apartment community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units and is National Green Building Standard certified at the Bronze level.
