Sales Transactions

1. Microsoft paid $70.5M for 300.7 acres of raw land at Victory Logistics District in Fernley. If initial indications are correct, it would mark Victory Logistics District’s first data center for a major technology company. However, Microsoft has not yet confirmed any plans for the land.

2. Logic Commercial Real Estate represented an undisclosed buyer in the $8.3M sale of 27.2KSF of retail space at 8150 and 8200 S. Maryland Pkwy. in Las Vegas.

3. Cardiac Imaging, represented by Naseef Commercial Services, sold 9950 W. Cheyenne in Las Vegas. The 33KSF space sold for $6.1M.

4. The medical/office space at 821 N. Nellis Blvd. in Las Vegas sold for $2.3M. Colliers International represented the seller, William and Anne Oas Family Trust, in the sale of the 10.5KSF property.

Lease Transactions

5. MDL Group’s Jarrad Katz represented LCI Service Corp./BCORE NLV, Slown Owner, LLC in a 171.1KSF lease. The industrial space is located at 5450 N. Sloan Lane in North Las Vegas.

6. T. Nickolas Co./SN Investment Properties, LLC leased 20KSF of industrial space at 3555 W. Qual Ave. in Las Vegas. MDL Group’s Jarrad Katz handled the transaction.

7. Colliers International’s Stacy Shapiro represented CPI/AHP MOB I, LLC in its recent 17.4KSF lease. The medical office building is located at 2650 Tenaya Way, Ste. 160 in Las Vegas.

8. Creative Visual Solutions LLC/Prologis leased 10.1KSF of medical industrial space at 3350 W. Ali Baba Lane in Las Vegas. The tenant was represented by Hayim Mizrachi with MDL Group.

9. Jarrad Katz of MDL Group represented FM Exhibit LLC/Schnitzer Properties-Nevada, LLC in its recent lease. The tenant leased a 10KSF industrial space at 7 Sunset Way, Ste. 140 in Las Vegas.
