1. Authentic Capital Group purchased the 384-unit Elysian at Postat 9280 W. Post Road in Spring Valley for $121.5M. The apartment complex was roughly 90% occupied at the time of sale. The property was developed by the Calida Group.
2. Cushman & Wakefield announced it arranged the sale of KAKTUSlife Retail at 10620-10680 Dean Martin Dr. in Las Vegas. The sales price was $5.5M. C&W’s Marlene Fujita Winkel and Emily Brun represented the seller, Cactus Villas, LLC. The property was acquired by MTP INV LLC.
