2. EBS Realty Partners and Penwood Real Estate Investment Management broke ground on a two-building 1.4MSF industrial complex in Apex Industrial Park in North Las Vegas. The $175M development spans 91 acres and will be completed sometime in mid-2027.

Completions

5. The Eagles Landing affordable housing complex at 2945 N. Roop St. in Carson City celebrated its opening on March 4. The 126-unit multifamily community prioritizes supporting veterans. The building features a community building, a warming kitchen and an exercise room. Northern Nevada Community Housing was the developer.
