Groundbreakings
1. The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority has broken ground on the redevelopment of Marble Manor, a large-scale affordable housing project in Las Vegas’ Historic Westside. The multi-phase project will deliver 627 units, with the first phase of 138 units expected to be completed in 2027 and full buildout slated for 2032. The redevelopment, led by Brinshore Development, is estimated to cost between $350M and $400M and will include new housing, a community center and retail space.
2. Municipal Gym is under construction at Downtown Summerlin in Las Vegas, where the more than 30KSF fitness facility will occupy a former retail space near Sahara Avenue and the 215 Beltway. The project includes interior and exterior tenant improvements valued at approximately $3M. The gym, backed by Mark Wahlberg, is expected to open in late winter 2026.
