Awards & Accolades
1. The City of Henderson earned the American Planning Association’s 2026 Award for Excellence in Sustainability – Environment, Climate and Energy for H2One: Henderson’s Call to Conserve. In its first year, the program reduced citywide water use by more than one billion gallons, removed or converted 700KSF of decorative grass and reduced water use at City facilities and parks by more than 10%.
2. Vegas Inc recently announced its 2026 40 Under 40 awards. Notable awardees in the A/E/C industry include:

New Hires
3. Christopher Capurro has been appointed Managing Broker at ArchCrest Residential Partners. In his new role, Capurro will oversee brokerage operations, agent development and strategic growth initiatives for the residential division. He has 29 years of real estate experience and previously held positions as an owner in multiple businesses, a commercial asset manager and a corporate broker.
4. RS&H added Zuhair Almaghrabi as Digital Designer for Transportation. Almaghrabi will work with teams nationwide on digital delivery initiatives, 3D model quality control and development of transportation design standards. She has more than seven years of experience in highway infrastructure and has managed multi-state programs while mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
5. Jennifer Ott joined SVN | The Equity Group as Senior VP, where she will focus on retail services for landlords, tenants and investors across Southern Nev. She has held leadership roles with Commercial Alliance Las Vegas and the CCIM Southern Nevada Chapter and has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience.
6. G.C. Garcia Inc. hired Cheri Worthington as Administrative Assistant. Based in Las Vegas since 2012, Worthington has spent more than 10 years supporting operations, compliance and project coordination in fast-paced environments. She also has experience with safety documentation and large-scale event operations.
