
AmCap recently purchased a multistate portfolio from Loja Group that included the 140.2KSF Reno Public Market. The Reno Public Market contains a food hall and shopping center. The property was purchased for $19.3M. Reno Public Market was completed in 2023.
The team behind the Las Vegas Diamond Arena recently purchased three acres of land for the potential National Basketball Association arena. The team also announced plans to create a private jet terminal connected to the arena.
Harrington Industrial Plastics recently leased a 36.9KSF space in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center. The industrial facility is located at 75 Italy Dr. The landlord was represented by Dickson Commercial Group’s Joel Fountain, Nick Knecht and Baker Krukow. The tenant was represented by NAI Alliance’s Derek Carroll and Cresa’s Michael Petrick.
Island Pacific Seafood Market recently leased a 29.4KSF retail center at 3768 S. Maryland Pkwy. in Clark County. The building is currently undergoing tenant improvements and is expected to open soon. It was previously home to 99 Ranch Market.
