Renown Health and Kaiser Permanente are teaming up to propose a 127KSF medical office at Kiley Ranch in Sparks.

Project officials have described the building as more of an ambulatory care center than a traditional medical office building. The building will feature four operating rooms for outpatient surgeries, 134 exam rooms, a pharmacy, an imaging center, a laboratory and a behavioral health area.

According to the project record, it carries a value of $38M and will be three stories tall. Other construction elements include curb and gutter improvements, parking, trash enclosures, a loading dock, a cooling tower, a mechanical yard and a retaining wall.
