Calida Group Plans Apartments Near Durango Hotel-Casino

The Calida Group purchased a 13.2-acre parcel of land near Durango Drive and 215 Beltway in Las Vegas with the intention of building a new apartment complex.

Calida purchased the $18.3M parcel from Ovation. The apartment complex will be four stories and have 398 units. The multifamily development will be just west of Station Casinos’ Durango hotel-casino.

The new apartment complex will be Ainsley-branded and have amenities similar to those of the Ainsley at The Collective apartments on Paradise Road. The Collective apartments have a game lounge with billiards and shuffleboard, a gym, sauna, yoga studio, salt cave, massage rooms and steam rooms.

Apartments in the new complex will range from 575SF-1.5KSF with expected rents from $1.7K/month-$3.2K/month. Calida intends to break ground in early spring. (Source)
