1. Nevada HAND has completed Buffalo Cactus Senior Apartments, a 125-unit affordable housing community for low-income seniors at 10589 Buffalo Dr. in Las Vegas. The $45.5M development was funded through public and private partnerships, including Raymond James, Capital One, Clark County and the Nevada Housing Division.
