Investcor is planning a 244-unit senior living development called Valara at The District in Henderson.

The single-building campus will feature independent living, assisted living and memory care. According to a press release, the City of Henderson’s Building Department is currently reviewing the proposal.

Developers expect the senior living development to break ground Q2 2026. The building will feature a central core with two dedicated residential wings and underground parking.

Amenities consist of a tearoom/whiskey lounge, several restaurants/private dining rooms, an indoor and an outdoor bar, gardening programs, educational classes, a movie theater, two fitness centers, a sauna with an outdoor pool and a pet spa.

Due to the property’s location within The District, transportation options will be provided for residents to allow them to visit nearby businesses, such as the adjacent Whole Foods. (Source)

    1. Hi Harold,

Thanks for reading! The developers have yet to release anything regarding the completion date or pricing. As far as the timeline goes, I suspect construction will take sometime between 2-4 years so we’re looking at anywhere from Q2 2028 to Q2 2030.
