SR Aviation Infrastructure has broken ground on three 25KSF hangars at Harry Reid International Airport as part of a larger redevelopment of its 23-acre aviation complex along Reno Avenue. The 75KSF first phase will replace 14 existing hangars, with the broader project planned for 26 individually leased hangars totaling approximately 315KSF with direct runway access. The new hangars are expected to be completed in Q1 2028.
Construction is complete on Building 1 at the Port of Nevada, 17127 Inland Port Dr. Industrial Realty Group LLC developed the project within Nevada’s inland port, where rail, intermodal and transload services are available. NAI Alliance’s industrial team is handling leasing for the project.
