A leading manufacturer of plastic injection molding has chosen North Las Vegas as the home of its new west coast operations facility. Kreate—a design and engineering firm specializing in storage, shelving, outdoor furniture, and utility products—plans to establish a 235,000-square-foot manufacturing center.

“When looking for a west coast location to serve our customers’ needs, North Las Vegas was a natural choice for Kreate due to its logistical access and availability of quality employees,” said Nickolas Reinhart, Founder and CEO of Kreate. “We make quick, decisive moves and execute without unnecessary red tape. North Las Vegas’ support in our getting up and running quickly was very important in our decision to invest in the area.”

The facility represents an $11.5M investment in North Las Vegas. It is expected to be fully operational by June 2025 and will generate more than 60 advanced manufacturing positions over the next five years, including engineering, management and technical roles.

“Kreate’s decision to open operations in North Las Vegas is a testament to the strategic advantages our city offers,” said Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown. “By simplifying processes and providing direct support, we’re creating pathways for innovative companies like Kreate to establish roots in North Las Vegas, which directly translates into meaningful careers for our residents.”

The City’s Economic Development team worked closely with Kreate throughout their site selection process, helping to facilitate their expansion to North Las Vegas. This development further establishes North Las Vegas’ commitment to fostering business growth and attracting quality employers.
