Sales Transactions
1. Buchanan Street Partners purchased a commercial warehouse facility at 310 Rock Springs Dr. in Las Vegas for $21.8M. The self-storage facility totals 103.6KSF across three buildings. The buildings collectively hold 917 units. Buchanan purchased the facility directly from its developer and is the first occupant.
2. LOGIC Commercial Real Estate announced the Moana West Shopping Center sale at 3400-3470 Lakeside Drive in Reno. The acquisition includes four parcels totaling nearly 70KSF of retail and office space across three retail buildings and one two-story office building. Planned improvements include interior renovations, updated signage and an enhanced tenant mix.
3. Terrible’s purchased three Fabulous Freddy’s car washes in the Las Vegas Valley. The car washes are located at 7155 Grand Montecito Pkwy., 9611 Trailwood Dr. and 1101 S. Fort Apache Road. Transaction details were not released, and the company intends to remodel the locations.
