Caesars Entertainment is planning to undertake a $24M of the Eldorado Reno Resort & Casino at 345 N. Virginia St.
The hospitality giant recently filed permits with the City of Reno to renovate multiple towers on the property.
The Virginia Tower will undergo the most extensive portion of the work. Permits indicate the tower is set to go through $22.4M worth of renovations. The guest rooms and corridors on floors three through 10 throughout the tower are slated for remodeling.
Renovations totaling $1.6M are also planned for the Sierra Tower. Caesars is planning on remodeling the suites on floors four through 10.
A previous permit was filed to remodel three rooms and one corridor on the 10th floor of the Virginia Tower. The permit was valued at $500K.
Eldorado Resorts, the parent company of Caesars Entertainment, owns the casino. City documents indicate Plenium Builders is the general contractor. Anderson/Miller, Ltd. Is the architect of record.
