1. The former Jones West Ford dealership at 3600 Kietzke Lane in Reno has sold for $16.5M. The 15-acre property was represented by Colliers. The site, which includes the original dealership building constructed in 1978, remained under ownership by the former Jones family despite a 2020 sale to 3600 KL LLC. The buyer was undisclosed.
