HCA Healthcare is searching for a developer for roughly 16.6 acres of land at the NWC of Las Vegas Blvd. and Cactus Avenue.

The hospital chain purchased 56.6 acres of land in 2022 for $62.3M. Potential developers would have to submit a price, development plans and deal-structure timelines, with proposals due at the end of last month. HCA Healthcare did not indicate how much money it wanted for the land.

HCA’s land has the potential of becoming a medical campus; however, the Clark County Building Department currently does not list any plans for the property.

The company made a statement saying it is actively working through development plans and that nothing has been sold. It also said it is looking for potential tenants. (Source)
