Giving Back

1. The Nevada State Apartment Association collected and donated more than 11 tons of food to the Las Vegas Rescue Mission during its 18th annual food drive. Food items were gathered from 66 apartment communities throughout Clark County. The drive collected 22,107 pounds of food and non-perishable goods.

2. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties recently held its annual toy drive to support the Firefighters of Southern Nevada Burn Foundation. New, unwrapped toys were donated at the company’s Summerlin office for pick-up by local firefighters.

Awards & Accolades

3. Craig Tann, Founder and Broker of Huntington & Ellis, received the Community Impact Champion Award at the Zillow Flex Unlock 2025 Conference. The award recognizes leaders for community outreach and service efforts. Under Tann’s leadership, the brokerage reported raising $80K in 2024 and more than $14K in October for local nonprofits. The firm reported contributing nearly $300K over the past five years through drives, volunteer work and community partnerships.
