1. The PENTA Building Group has wrapped up its 19th annual Safety Kick-Off. The tour engaged thousands of construction experts and hosted a wide array of safety vendors. PENTA made stops at venues in Scottsdale, Ariz., Anaheim and Rohnert Park, Calif., and Henderson, Nev.

2. Jennifer Stein of Nevada Commercial Services, Inc. has been appointed the 2027–28 Regional VP for Region 8 of the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is the second individual from Northern Nevada to serve in the Regional Vice President role in IREM’s history. Region 8 includes chapters in Phoenix, Tucson, New Mexico, Denver, Colorado Springs, Utah, Las Vegas and Northern Nevada.
