1. Scott Borgia has joined Street Commercial Real Estate as Executive VP of Industrial. Borgia brings more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience across the Silicon Valley and Northern Nevada markets, specializing in industrial sales and leasing. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 1,600 transactions totaling more than $1.5B in value and has earned numerous top producer honors.
