Chris Fairchild and Casey Scott of Colliers represented the seller.
Villagio Apartments at 1850-1852 Merchant St. in Sparks recently sold for $6M. The buyer and seller were both undisclosed but based out of Southern California. Ben Nelson from Colliers represented the seller. The multifamily community contains 40 units.
Agora Realty & Management recently sold a 1.2-acre site to In-N-Out Burgers for approximately $4M. The property is located at the SEC of Rancho Drive and Lake Mead Blvd. in North Las Vegas.
Dickson Commercial Group announced the sale of 2440 Vassar St., a multi-tenant office space in Reno. Gary Tremaine and Josh Menante of DCG represented the seller. Neither the seller, buyer, nor transaction amount were disclosed.
Alturas Capital Partners acquired Legends at Sparks Marina in Sparks for an undisclosed amount. The retail center is home to national and regional tenants including H&M, Nike, Sephora, Five Below, Yard House, Galaxy Theatres, Burlington and Cavender’s.
Industrial Realty Group, LLC secured Greif as the long-term tenant for 14100 Lear Blvd. in Reno. Greif leased 183.1KSF to establish a rail-served plastics manufacturing operation.
