CAMPO Requesting Comments for Transportation Plan

The Carson Area Metropolitan Planning Organization is asking for the public’s input as we begin the update of our region’s long-term transportation and transit plans.

The CAMPO area covers Carson City, Mound House & Dayton in Lyon County, and Indian Hills and Johnson Lane in Douglas County. This survey will inform both the long-range Regional Transportation Plan for the CAMPO area, and the Transit Coordinated Human Services Plan, a short-range & long-range plan for transit in the CAMPO area. These two plans are aimed at addressing the community’s transportation needs and improving coordination between transportation providers and human service organizations. Your participation is essential to inform transportation priorities in the region.

The survey is available online beginning May 1.

Periodic plan updates will be posted on CAMPO’s web page, CarsonAreaMPO.com (Source)
