Giving Back
1. Nye County Animal Shelter began work on a new outdoor dog run in Pahrump after Rene Morales of Morales Construction and Top Rank Builders donated equipment, labor and materials for site clearing and grading.
Awards & Accolades
2. Several teams and agents at Huntington & Ellis were honored in the 2024 RealTrends rankings. Groups awarded included:
- The Craig Tann Group ranked first in Nevada for transaction sides and volume;
- The Jack Greenberg Group ranked second in Nevada for sides and third for volume;
- The Mumm Group ranked fourth in Nevada for sides and seventh for volume;
- The John Sullivan Group ranked eighth in Nevada for sides and ninth for volume, and
- The DeBartoli Real Estate Group ranked seventh in Nevada for sides and twelfth for volume.
3. Jarrett Rosenau, President of Nevada Operations at Clark/Sullivan Construction, received a 2025 Leadership Award from Vistage. Rosenau has led the company’s ownership transition, served as president of the Nevada AGC and contributes as a trustee to the University of Nevada, Reno Foundation Board.
