1. CapRock Point @ Cheyenneat 3921 E. Cheyenne Ave. was recently purchased by EastGroup Properties for more than $21M. CapRock Partners sold the fully-leased 101.3KSF industrial building.
2. CCC, LLC recently purchased a 6.9-acre site on West Sahara Avenue between South Decatur Blvd. and Arville Street for $8M. The buyer was represented by Avison Young. Desert Dodge Inc. sold the property. The property contains three buildings that combine for slightly less than 30KSF.
Lease Transactions
3. Dermody has announced the leasing of three logistics facilities in Northern Nevada in Sparks and Verdi, which combine for 389.9KSF. Belimo Aircontrols, Inc. leased 84.8KSF at LogistiCenter at Kiley Ranch, Building 1; Bitdeer Industrial Inc. leased 187.6KSF at LogistiCenter at Kiley Ranch, Building 2, and West Coast Boat Center leased 117.5KSF at LogistiCenter at I-80 West, Phase II, Building 2 in Verdi.
