
SRS Capital Markets announced the $17M sale of BLAK Cheyenne Industrial in North Las Vegas. BLAK Development Co. sold the industrial project to an undisclosed buyer.
ECL Water Street, operator of the Emerald Island Casino and Rainbow Club Casino, acquired The Pass Casino in Henderson’s Water Street District from DeSimone Gaming. The property includes a 17.8KSF casino with approximately 350 slot machines, six table games and a Circa Sports-operated race and sportsbook, as well as Ristorante Italiano and Emilia’s Cafe. ECL Water Street plans to evaluate renovation opportunities and potential new amenities following the acquisition. No valuation was provided.
