The development consists of two 21-story glass-encased towers linked by a 17th-floor skybridge. It will contain 260 condo units.

Outdoor amenities include several pools, a golf practice area and an event lawn.

Indoor amenities include a wine cave/tasting room, pool bar, speakeasy lounge, sports bar, golf simulators, pickleball courts with a bar, bowling alley, fitness center, sauna and hot/cold plunges. The skybridge itself will feature an additional bar, outdoor terraces, restaurant and event space.

Plans also include two levels of subgrade parking. The project has yet to be scheduled for any public hearings. Cost estimates and a construction timeline have not yet been announced. (Source: Las Vegas Review-Journal)
