1. A groundbreaking ceremony was held for Hylo Parkin North Las Vegas. The first phase, developed by Agora Realty & Management, spans 11 acres that will contain a shopping center with restaurants, retail space and a grocery store. The space will be around 90KSF. The entire project will cover 73 acres and include housing, commercial space and an athletic complex.

2. Construction has begun on the inpatient facility expansion at Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Centerat 9300 W. Sunset Road in Las Vegas. Once finished, the 18KSF expansion will provide a rehabilitation center for patients recovering from surgery and other medical events. The project consists of 20 patient rooms, a gym, rehabilitation equipment, cafeteria and social space. Completion is targeted for the end of this year.

3. Construction has begun on Phase Two of Mountain West Industrial Parkat the intersection of South Tenaya Way and West Patrick Lane in Las Vegas. Milton Consulting is leading the development efforts of the industrial project. The 324.4KSF project consists of four freestanding buildings varying from 7.2KSF to 110.3KSF. Two buildings are expected to finish this year, while the other two will finish early 2026. Phase Two also includes site improvements. Marketing and leasing for the park are overseen by CBRE.

4. Ariva Serviced Residencesexpects its 75-unit expansion to be completed in spring of this year. The fully furnished extended-stay residences near the Strip are targeted at people traveling to Las Vegas for business, sports, relocation or extended vacation.

5. The Grocery Outletat 3499 St. Rose Pkwy., Suite 120 in Henderson held its grand opening ceremony on Jan. 30. Along with dispensing a variety of gift cards for attendees, owners Shawn and Kari Maloney also donated $1K to Sunrise Mountain Ministries and Lion Habitat Ranch.

6. The 27.8KSF Picklrfacility at 1450 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy. in Henderson officially opened. The location includes 11 courts, a practice court, two community rooms, a pro shop and locker room. The Picklr is tournament-ready and offers leagues for clients to join. Lessons are also available.
