Sales Transactions
1. CBRE announced the sale of Mountain’s Edge Marketplace, a 115KSF neighborhood shopping center shadow-anchored by a major grocery store. Located at 7975 Blue Diamond Road in the master-planned community of Mountain’s Edge in Las Vegas, the property was sold to a private investor for $50.3M. CBRE’s Roy Fritz led the transaction and represented the seller, Remington Nevada. The property is currently 98% leased.
2. Coronado Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Centerat 2855 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway in Hendersonwas sold to an undisclosed buyer. The Calida Group sold the 121-bed nursing facility for $33M. Mark Wintnerof JLL led the team that arranged the transaction.
