New Hires
1. Lucas Foletta has joined Holland & Hart as a Partner. His experience is primarily with large-scale energy consumers, gaming companies and industrial users. In his new role, Foletta will help clients with regulations surrounding the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada. He is leaving his position as Partner at McDonald Carano, where he led the Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Law Practice.
2. Edward Castro has been hired as General Counsel at Kidder Mathews. Castro will serve as the chief legal advisor for the entire company. He has expertise in commercial and real estate law and previously worked for Cushman and Wakefield.
